Our tours are designed carefully, we design a mixture of small groups, learning, intercultural experiences, scenery, and extreme comfort.

There are actually not! One of our values is not to focus on making money in visited destinations, rather than having most of the highlights covered and already included in your package.

With our contracted accommodations, we normally focus on hotels or resorts that are Deluxe 5 stars. When it comes to rooms, we do select the best available rooms. For example, all our contracted rooms on cruises are above water level, there is no need to pay extra supplements to enjoy the outdoors scenery.

We believe in personal support, there are no chatbots, long waiting time on the phone, and awaiting email responses. It’s actually a lot simpler than all the above; just contact us by phone, and ask our customer service representative anything before, during, or after the tour, and they would answer you in a timely manner.

For pre-tour information, we are available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm.

For in-destination support, we are available 24/7.
