Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Cairo

Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be greeted by our friendly tour representative who will assist you with airport transfers to your Boutique Nozol Pyramids hotel or similar, accommodation in a pyramids view room. Take some time to relax and settle in before embarking on an exciting adventure in the land of ancient wonders.

Day 2: Exploring the Pyramids of Giza and Sakkara

Start the day with a visit to the iconic Pyramids of Giza, including the Great Pyramid of Khufu, Pyramid of Khafre, and Pyramid of Menkaure. Marvel at the architectural brilliance of these ancient structures and learn about their historical significance from our expert guide. Continue your journey to the Sakkara, the ancient necropolis where you will encounter the Step Pyramid of king Djoser, the oldest pyramid in the world! Lunch will be served during the tour in a local restaurant. (B, L)

Day 3: Marvel at the Egyptian museum, and Alabaster Mosque

This morning you will visit the Egyptian Museum, where you will encounter a vast collection of artifacts, including the treasures of Tutankhamun. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant before visiting the Citadel of Salah Eldin, home to the famous Alabaster Mosque. Conclude the day by a visit to the Khan Elkhalili Bazaar with its colorful souvenirs' vibes. (B, L)

Day 4: Luxor

Fly to Luxor and embark on your 5 star Nile cruise ship. Visit the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple, an ancient complex dedicated to the god Amun-Ra. Explore the Luxor Temple, known for its colossal statues, intricate carvings, and captivating history. Immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of these remarkable archaeological sites. Day 5: Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut temple

Uncover the secrets of the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs were laid to rest in beautifully adorned tombs. Discover the remarkable tombs of iconic pharaohs, such as Tutankhamun and Ramses II. Day 6: Edfu and Komobo temples

Cruise along the Nile to the temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus. Marvel at the temple's well-preserved structure and intricate reliefs. Continue the journey to Kom Ombo, home to the unique double temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, the falcon-headed god. Day 7: Aswan and Philae temple

In Aswan, visit the magnificent Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Explore this stunning temple complex, which was relocated to its current location after the construction of the High Dam. Take in the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape and immerse yourself in the rich history of ancient Egypt. Day 8: Departure

Today, according to your departure flight time, you'll be transported to Aswan airport for your flight to Cairo for your connecting flight home.

When booking your international flight tickets, please make sure your flight to and from Cairo arrive and depart on the same day, then send us a message with your flight details to arrange your pick up at Cairo airport on arrival day. If you need assistance with booking your flights, our customer service will assist you in finding the best combination of connecting flights, and the best airfare, and booking for you, your flight e-tickets will then be emailed to you after the ticket is issued and paid for. If you wish for adding more nights to your tour, please send us an enquiry, our Team will be happy to assist with all your plans.

You don't need to do that, your arrival airport transportation to your hotel, as well as your departure airport transfer, are included in your package, provided you send us your flight arrival and departure details at least 15 days before your tour start date.

Yes, a visa to enter Egypt is required. US passport holders though are eligible for a visa on arrival at Cairo airport. It could be obtained for approx. USD35 on arrival. If you wish to save on queuing for getting the visa stamp, please preselect the visa extra fee option in the tour add-on, the number of visa fee addons needs to be the number of persons requesting this service. For example, if you are 2 persons booking together, please add 2 visa fees.

The standard package includes accommodation in a Boutique Hotel in Cairo and a standard 5 star Nile cruise. If you wish for a deluxe 5 star hotel such as Sofitel Elguezira or similar + upgrade to a deluxe 5 star Nile cruise, please add supplement for that in the booking. The number of supplements need to be equal to the number of travelers in your party. If you need assistance, please leave us an enquiry and we'll respond soonest.

Nile cruises are all limited to a certain width of 48 feet maximum width, to be able to navigate through the locks on the river Nile, which is why they are normally smaller in size than traditional hotel rooms. On the cruises we always book rooms above the water level, and include the extra cost for that in the tour package pricing in case there is. So, we do not charge extra for above-water level cabins as this is already included. The cruises we book are 5 stars deluxe, with cabins to match that level of service and amenities.
